Is this a physical store or online delivery?+
FullProof Market is an online, members-only grocery market. Orders will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
Will you stock the same items found in the grocery store?+
Yes, we'll carry a wide range of products, from oils and spices to cereal, supplements, and pet products, but only brands that meet all eight of our testing criteria. Initially, we'll focus exclusively on shelf-stable products, so fresh produce, meat, and dairy won't be included.
When will you start shipping?+
We're currently testing products and building our first shelf. Waitlist members will be the first to receive launch and shipping updates.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. The standard membership is $5/month, billed annually at $60. No setup fees, no surprise charges, and no hidden costs. Founding Members get their first year free, then pay $60/year (billed annually) after.
Do I have to pay anything to join the waitlist?+
No. Joining the waitlist is free. The first 1,000 members receive Founding Member status: first year free.
Is the first year really free for founding members?+
Yes.
What if I don't save $60 over the year?+
If you don't recover the full $60 in savings, we credit the balance toward your next year's membership.
